We are seeking a skilled Project Foreman / Carpentry Craftsman to join our team. This unique role begins locally in Salt Lake City, Utah , focusing on hands-on carpentry and construction, and transitions into a traveling Project Foreman position managing projects nationwide.
What You'll Do :
Perform carpentry and construction tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, structural builds, and custom assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
Support safe, organized, and efficient job sites.
Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
Grow into a leadership role by supervising crews, enforcing safety standards, and overseeing project timelines.
Travel nationally to manage field projects when needed and working locally during downtime
What We're Looking For :
5+ years of professional experience (including trade school or higher education), with at least 2–3 years in carpentry, construction, or foreman-related roles.
Strong carpentry skills, blueprint reading, and knowledge of construction methods.
Leadership experience or readiness to grow into a supervisory role.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 45 weeks per year) once training is complete.
OSHA certification and valid driver's license required (additional certifications a plus).
