Job descriptionEmployed Position with Community Health System Clinic schedule : Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12 No Call Required Outpatient Infusion Center Telemedicine Support NP Available Adequate time off with family Located near Lafayette, LA in Sportsman's Paradise (lots of hunting, fishing, football) in addition to arts, music, culture and amazing Cajun Cuisine Located 2 hours from New Orleans; 3 hours from Houston 30 minutes to Lafayette Airport (Direct flights to Dallas, Houston, Atlanta & Charlotte)
Job Description
Opelousas General Health System is seeking a dedicated full-time Rheumatologist to join our skilled team! Residents / Fellows are encouraged to apply!
Employed Physician Incentives :
- Malpractice- Paid by Hospital
- CME Allowance ($4,000 / year)
- 30 Days of Paid Time Off, 5 days of Extended Illness Time and 5 CME days per year
- Retirement 3 components
- 457b-tax deferred
- Social Security Replacement (7.65% of Physician's Salary)
- Hospital Contributes 5% of Physician's Salary into Retirement Account
- Health Benefits- 1st of the month following start date.
