Job description

Job Title : BottlingTechnician

Location : San Diego, CA

Pay : $18 - $19.64 an Hour

Shift : 3pm -11 : 30pm

2nd Shift : 3pm - 11 : 30pm

Position Summary

  • Responsible for processing product formulations, dispensing antibody products, labeling, capping, kitting, and completing batch records.
  • Requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs while supporting the production of high-quality finished goods.
  • Work closely with Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, CST, Packaging, and Quality Control teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dispense antibody solutions into vials, tubes, and bottles.
  • Perform capping, labeling, kitting, and bottling activities.
  • Formulate products according to approved SOPs and work instructions.
  • Verify formulation worksheets (concentrations, lot numbers, labels, etc.).
  • Put away finished goods according to required temperature storage conditions.
  • Set up, prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and work areas.
  • Operate computer-controlled equipment (filling lines, cappers, labelers, lyophilizers).
  • Perform accurate data entry and complete production documentation.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines.
  • Assist with additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

    • Required Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with pipetting or liquid dispensing.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, instructions, and batch records accurately.
  • Basic understanding of lab or biotech production operations.
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Education & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience in :

    • Laboratory environment

  • Biotech manufacturing
  • Filling, bottling, or packaging operations
  • Experience handling liquid products preferred.
