Install Helper (Temporary)

Job Title

We are seeking two dedicated helpers for a short-term racking installation project. The role involves building, moving, and installing large storage racks and shelving units. Candidates will perform basic mechanical assemblies by following work instructions and using a mallet. This project is scheduled to last for one week.

Responsibilities

Build and install large storage racks and shelving units. Move and position units within the facility. Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions to complete tasks accurately.

Essential Skills

Experience with general labor and construction. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints. Basic mechanical assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic mechanical aptitude. Experience with 'Ikea type' instructions is beneficial. Comfortable carrying and moving heavy units.

Work Environment

The role is based in a very clean manufacturing facility. The work involves building units in a clean area, with a shift from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
