Job Description

The Co-Op-Intern will work on multiple fast-paced projects, working with and supporting senior staff, and providing field oversight on a variety of projects as needed. This opportunity will provide a well-rounded view of the construction industry from the Owner’s perspective, while also working hand in hand with the Architect and Construction Manager to deliver the Owner’s vision.

• Working closely with the Senior Project Manager
• Working closely with the onsite field Construction Site Manager
• Assist in managing the procurement of owners Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE)
• Attend and take notes of selected meetings as directed by the Senior Project Manager
• Track Time and Material slips
• Review change orders
• Monitor and update spreadsheets for project progress tracking
• Assist with Daily reports through Raken (app)
• Track progress on schedule from the baseline
• QA / QC : Monitor construction progress and report back anomalies
• Daily site walks

The pay rate for this role will be $22- $26 per hour.
