UX Designer

Boston, MA : Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

6 months contract to hire

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a fast-paced digital product team within a well-established organization. This role focuses on enhancing user experiences across a range of customer-facing digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and digital marketing to ensure that all user interactions are seamless, intuitive, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and optimize user experiences across various digital touchpoints, especially in marketing-driven and content-heavy web environments.
• Lead customer journey mapping workshops to identify pain points and UX improvement opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate experience strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement and refine design solutions.
• Support rapid prototyping and fine-tuning front-end design using HTML and CSS.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining a scalable design system for UI consistency.
