Shift Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Williston, Vermont . These positions offer steady, full-time work with a four-day, ten-hour shift schedule — giving you more time to enjoy your long weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare goods efficiently on the production line.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Move materials or completed products to established locations.

Support cleanup of production lines and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to practicing safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to perform routine duties efficiently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

Constant standing required while working on the production line.

Frequent repetitive motions when handling products.

Ability to move items weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.

Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect products for quality.

Pay Details : $20.00 per hour
