Director Of Quality

Quality Manager

Lead and manage the Quality department, including Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with regulatory standards (GLP, cGMP, MOCRA, ISO). Oversee integration of quality processes within ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Implement and maintain electronic quality records and traceability systems. Manage QMS software platforms (e.g., UniPoint, MasterControl, ETQ). Collaborate cross-functionally with production, inventory, and supplier quality teams. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and proactively manage regulatory relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and manufacturing processes. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to quality team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : 5 7+ years managing a Quality Control or Quality Assurance department / team. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related technical field. 810 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or related regulated manufacturing environments. Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Experience integrating quality processes within ERP modules (inventory, production, supplier quality, material disposition, etc.). Hands-on experience implementing electronic quality records and traceability systems. Experience with QMS software (e.g., UniPoint, MasterControl, ETQ, or similar). Hands-on knowledge of GLP, cGMP, MOCRA, and ISO-based quality standards. Regulatory knowledge to either manage or knows who to reach out to for regulatory needs.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 / yr.

Workplace Type : This is a fully onsite position in Chandler, AZ.
