Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for account executives to expedite deal processes and improve efficiency
Develop and manage the deal approval process, ensuring timely reviews and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities to optimize deal desk processes and implement automation tools to enhance operations
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance in a SaaS B2B tech company
Proven experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex deals
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Experience with sales and legal processes related to data protection and compliance
