Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within an elementary school setting for two campuses located approximately one hour apart. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy evaluations and interventions to students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and federal guidelines.
- Travel between two campuses, spending two days at the Gallina campus and one day at the Lybrook campus weekly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications and Experience :
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) is required.Experience working in elementary school settings preferred.Ability to manage time effectively across two campuses with travel considerations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a contract position within a four-day school week district.Location :
Based in Gallina, New Mexico, serving the Gallina and Lybrook campuses.Work Schedule :
