Manufacturing Heat Treat Operator

In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming raw materials into high-quality components that meet demanding customer standards - all while working in a safety-focused, team-driven environment.

Schedule : 3rd shift

Pay Rate : $21 - $24 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor heat-treating furnaces and related equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare parts for processing by loading and unloading furnaces, fixtures, and baskets.
• Ensure all work meets quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - promoting 5S and safety best practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about any equipment or process irregularities.
• Handle customer products with care to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.
