Outreach Specialist - Elder Care Focus

Switchboard Hiring is looking for an Outreach Specialist on behalf of our client, a mission-driven healthcare startup. This is your chance to make a direct impact on families facing one of life's most challenging journeys.

Job Details

  • Location : Remote (US-based only)
  • Hours : Full-time and Part-time schedules available
  • Compensation : $20-22 per hour + performance bonus
  • Benefits : Full health / dental / vision coverage, flexible PTO, professional development budget, equity participation
  • Sponsorship : This role is open to those within the US with legal authorization to work. Sponsorship not available.

About This Role

As the Outreach Specialist you will :

  • Make outbound calls to connect with caregivers and families (we provide the call list)
  • Guide eligible caregivers through enrollment in free support program
  • Listen with empathy and identify each family's unique needs
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Collaborate with our coaching team to ensure seamless handoff after enrollment

    • Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or family support roles
  • Personal connection to Alzheimer's or dementia care
  • Previous experience making outbound calls and building rapport over the phone
  • Natural empathy combined with professional communication skills
