GROUNDSKEEPER – Part-Time

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and experienced in grounds care and general upkeep. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, keeping lawns, walkways, and landscaping in excellent condition, and ensuring the overall property presents a safe and attractive appearance. In addition, this position requires assisting the maintenance team with light repairs, seasonal tasks, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be reliable, able to follow instructions, and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
