Job Description : Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through multiple channels to provide counsel and adapt to a digital first mindset. They assess and attend to customers' banking needs, process information, demonstrate and educate clients on products, and recommend solutions based on individual goals. They maintain knowledge of banking products, provide optimal client experiences, and collaborate with team members. This position requires NMLS registration and compliance with background checks. Basic Qualifications include a high school diploma and three to four years of retail banking experience. Preferred skills include relationship building, effective communication, and knowledge of digital products.
