Job Summary

CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager / Outside Sales to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries

Prepare reports on the status of accounts / projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)

Provide after-sales support to retain customers

Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly

Promote new products and services to the existing customers

Develop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnerships

Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements

Regular reporting to the Sales Manager

Attend on-going trainings as requested by management

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.

5+ years' experience in the mechanical contracting industry.

Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.

Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.

Reliable, Self-Driven, Confident, Articulate, and Persuasive

Ability to problem solve.

Attention to detail.
