Job descriptionProvide on-site support maintaining industrial systems and products Follow all safety rules and participate in safety meetings Assist Account Manager with customer meetings and refractory solutions Gather daily reports, logs, and sheets related to steelmaking operations Conduct field trials for new / current initiatives and compile trial information Train customers on proper procedures for system operation and maintenance Coordinate delivery efforts and assist with inventory and packaging Perform installation, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of systems Support project work at customer sites High school diploma or GED required (technical degree / certificate a plus) 2+ years of industrial, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred Good mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand / power tools Ability to read blueprints and diagrams Comfortable working in a steel mill environment (heat, dust, noise) Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work flexible / variable schedules Heavy boots, jeans, long shirt required PPE gear (hard hat, ear protection, etc.) provided No fees for job seekers Local team invested in your success Fast placement opportunities Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Mechanical Testing HVAC Maintenance Mechanical Assembly Skills Machine Safety Inspections

Pay & Schedule :
- Starting pay : $24 / hr (with pay increase upon full-time hire)
- Evaluation-to-hire role
- Schedule : Weekends and variable weekdays (Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday)
- Start date : ASAP
