As a Technical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment for our customers. Your commitment will greatly enhance customer satisfaction and encourage them to return. No experience? Don't worry! We provide comprehensive training!

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with customers through general service duties, including providing assistance, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Support the various departments including store, restaurant, and truck care with tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service.

Utilize a range of tools and equipment to uphold facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, conducting site inspections, and completing assigned tasks.

Participate in cross-training opportunities across multiple departments like Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Physical ability to lift and move 25+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions.
