Bayland Buildings, Inc., is seeking an ambitious and well-connected Project Executive to develop and increase new business throughout the Southern Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate will have design / build sales experience, a proven track record, excellent communication skills, and is a self-starter. To assist in your success, we offer an in-house support team of architectural, engineering, drafting, estimating, project management, and job supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, develop, and maintain solid, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients in the assigned territory.
• Prospect and qualify for future client opportunities.
• Drive profitability and revenue within assigned territory.
• Manage and lead the overall sales process.
• Understand client's wants and needs, then provide project proposal / solution.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide clients with project proposals / solutions.
• Present and manage project proposals / solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate Bayland Buildings, Inc. services and capabilities.
• Negotiate and close project proposals / solutions.
• Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings at the corporate office.
