Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.Provide excellent customer experiences to clients.Respond to all client inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner.Solicit for new business via telephone, internet leads, and networking.Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.Requirements
Active Property and Casualty license (required)Proven success in insurance sales or client service rolesPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Motivated to deliver an exceptional client experience every timeAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks and follow-up effectively.Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Goal-driven with a positive, team-focused attitudeProficient in using software and computer systems.
