Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional nursing care for residents across all ages in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will demonstrate your proficiency in nursing principles and competencies in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Document and communicate resident interactions and care outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Counsel residents and families regarding care plans and preventative measures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
