Join Our Team as a Viennoiserie Pastry Baker at Tartine – West Adams / LA Commissary

Are you driven by the pursuit of the perfect croissant? Do you find joy in the craft of lamination and the art of viennoiserie? Tartine’s Los Angeles Commissary in West Adams is seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Baker to join our team, with a focus on laminated doughs and viennoiserie production.

If you have at least one year of hands-on experience using a sheeter / laminator and thrive in a collaborative, quality-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role :

Full-time, in-person position (35–40 hours / week)

Schedule : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Weekend availability is required (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)

Use of a dough sheeter / laminator is essential

Work closely with our pastry team to produce viennoiserie that reflects Tartine’s high standards

What We’re Looking For :

At least 1 year of experience in viennoiserie or laminated dough production

Familiarity with sheeters / laminators and temperature control

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail

A desire to grow and evolve within a highly regarded pastry program
