Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product / service information, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or experience).Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
