Review performance audits, identify trends and facilitate timely corrections. Analyze data patterns to optimize units per hour and boost operational efficiency. Lead coaching sessions that reinforce store processes, visual merchandising and consumer engagement. Update coaching materials to reflect best practices, continuous product learning and market connections. Collaborate with operations leaders to maintain accurate reporting and payroll handoffs. Partner with cross functional teams to align distribution insights with retail objectives.

Excellent communication skills for coaching, leadership and team collaboration. Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality audits. Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations and tracking performance. Ability to engage team members, cultivate collaboration and inspire operational excellence.

Perform duties in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures, standing, walking and lifting. Work safely on elevated surfaces and follow all safety guidelines. Maintain reliable attendance and work scheduled hours up to twelve hours per day.

High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in communications, supply chain or engineering preferred. Minimum three years of business experience in a distribution center, retail or similar environment.
