A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing Software Development team focused on quality and secure engineering practices
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices
Drive the development of scalable, secure web-based and API-driven applications that align with business requirements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including 3 years in a management role
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Preferred : 5 years of software development management experience
Preferred : Software Development or Agile Certifications
