Advanced Practice Provider – Family Medicine / Primary Care Location :

• Escondido, California Compensation : $147,000 – $199,000 annually (DOE) Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Escondido Family Medicine clinic .
• This full-time role allows you to focus on a single patient population while providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care, including physical exams, diagnostic assessments, procedures, and health education.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with clinical protocols.
• Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication and teamwork.
• Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active California NP or PA license and DEA certification.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to patient-focused care.
