HR Partner
This role provides HR Partner (HRP) support to a regional portfolio of manufacturing sites in Iowa and 3 small operations facilities on the East Coast, with total employment of ~1,200. This role also typically supports one or more operations-related functional organizations, which entail a global workforce. This HRP role (individual contributor) is a strategic partner to executives and site leaders regarding staffing, performance, org design, etc.
This role will be worked onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA with regular site visits within eastern Iowa (Manchester, Bellevue, Decorah).
What You Will Do :
- Collaborate with business partners to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and team development.
 - Advise and partner with functional managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies to drive results appropriate for their business needs, and consistent with the organization's overall people strategy, including, but not limited to : workforce planning, succession planning, change management, performance consulting, employee development, compensation and recognition, and positive employee relations.
 - Deliver timely, high quality, and impactful employee communications focused on educating, motivating, and engaging employees. May also facilitate small and / or large group training, new leader orientation, and organizational development programs.
 - Guide site and functional leaders with talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, career development, interpersonal skills and change management.
 - Design and deliver team-based interventions / offsites to promote high performance work culture.
 - Participate in company-wide programs and HR initiative projects.

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experiencePrior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee and Labor Relations Partner experienceQualifications We Prefer :
