Large, top-tier law firm in Century City is seeking to hire a Hybrid Legal Secretary experienced in Corporate, Transactions, and Finance to support its dynamic corporate practice. Position works 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Firm seeks candidates with at least 4 to 8 years of corporate experience for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Legal Secretary will be responsible for facilitating and assisting with sophisticated closings, preparing closing binders, document preparation, redlining, proofreading, court filings, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; redlining; and document management systems. Depending on skills and experience, salary range is $70-100k+.
