Opportunity : Locums CRNA Coverage

• Start Date / Duration : As soon as credentialed; ongoing assignment (until a permanent provider is in place)
• Schedule consists of Monday-Friday 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm and 1 : 4 weekend call from Friday 3 : 00pm-Monday 6 : 30am
• Paid travel available
• EMR : Epic
• REQUIREMENTS : Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS
• LICENSE RESTRICTION : Active IL license is required
• Average patient census : 10 per day

Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included
