We know you have your choice of places to work, so instead of listing the requirements right away, let us first tell you why Growing Minds Behavioral Health is a great place to be.

Were a fresh company! While our team brings many years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Growing Minds Behavioral Health was officially launched just a few short years ago with a mission to create something different and deeply human. Were building a collaborative and compassionate team from the ground up, rooted in creativity, community, and joy.

Whether youve been conducting evaluations for years or are ready to bring your clinical expertise into a more flexible and purpose-driven setting, your perspective is invaluable. We conduct anonymous team feedback surveys, hold open discussions, and actually implement changes based on what we hear. At Growing Minds, you help shape the culture, not just fit into it.

Were currently looking for a licensed psychologist to lead our autism evaluation services, which will be your primary focus. Youll have a pivotal role in helping families receive timely, compassionate diagnostic services so they can take the next steps in their journey.

You can be local to the Maryland / DC area or work remotely, as long as you are licensed to practice in Maryland. Assessments can be completed virtually or in-person, based on client needs and your preference.
