STORE MANAGER (BOYNTON LOCATION)

World Famous Inc. Boynton Beach, FL

We are looking for a responsible, respectful, and dedicated Manager to lead our Boynton location.

Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a great plus!

Main Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead the team with professionalism and respect.
  • Create and manage employee schedules effectively.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with inspections.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met at all times.
  • Report any equipment issues or damages promptly.
  • Maintain a respectful relationship with both employees and upper management.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in team management or restaurant supervision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
  • Availability for weekends and flexible shifts.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
