As a Residential Technician - Night Watch you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable home environment.

The Night Watch shift is scheduled late evening hours and into the morning. Our goal is to empower, value, care for, and respect each resident while ensuring they live according to their own idea of independence.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• While under direct supervision of the designated supervisor, performs routine duties for the protection, care, and supervision of adolescents.
• Administers assessment instruments and assists in the development of training programs for persons with mental health disabilities, with the goal of achieving maximum independence.
• Focuses on assisting in training programs that centers on basic living skills, independent living skills, vocational skills, and academic skills, utilizing AWARE's Wraparound philosophy.

Excited to join our organization? AWARE's Residential Night Watch Technicians earn $17.00 - $18.86 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour stipend for shifts between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
