We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities :
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on the client's risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Qualifications :
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Superior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary
- Business mindset
- Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred
- Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
