Human Capital Strategy Leader

Responsibilities :
- Leads human capital strategies from inception to execution in support of aligned business areas.
- Drives HR initiatives within the business area and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions.
- Provides advice and coaching to leaders and crew in alignment with the overall HR strategy.
- Monitors the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices, and processes to recommend improvements or troubleshoot business issues.
- Partners with managers and crew on all human resources and employee relations issues.
- Advocates for the HR agenda with senior business leaders.
- Conducts workforce planning within aligned business areas and contributes to the enterprise-wide workforce plan.
- Makes recommendations and provides improvement insight regarding program goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources management.
- Partners with other Human Resources specialists to strategize and implement the best outcomes for the assigned business areas and Vanguard at large.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Eight years related work experience, with at least three years of Human Resources experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.Special Factors :
