Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Provide expert guidance to clients regarding their insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.

Tailored Solutions : Develop personalized insurance plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Relationship Development : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing trust and satisfaction.

Cross-selling : Identify potential opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional products and services.

Team Collaboration : Work effectively with colleagues to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required. If you do not have a current Property & Casualty License there will be a grace period allowed to receive.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in insurance consulting or sales is preferred, but not required.

At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and provide outstanding service.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.

Tech Literacy : Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also independently handling tasks effectively.
