What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and utility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Support PLCs, VFDs, and automated production lines.
Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, refrigeration, boilers, and slicing equipment.
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs to identify root causes of breakdowns.
Collaborate with production, sanitation, and quality teams to ensure consistent operation.
Uphold safety, food quality, and sanitation standards in all maintenance work.
Participate in weekend or off-shift repairs as needed.
What You’ll Bring
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience (food or beverage manufacturing preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, or wastewater systems is a plus.
Ability to read schematics and follow preventive maintenance plans.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
