Job descriptionHands-on machinist experience with multi-axis CNC setup & operation Strong math, reasoning, and mechanical aptitude Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards CNC programming experience (skills testing required) Trade school certification or equivalent combination of education / experience Ability to work overtime as needed Must pass pre-employment physical & drug screen 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM 2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (shift premium available) 3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (shift premium available) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with retirement plan Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Short-term disability coverage Stable full-time schedules with growth opportunities

As we continue to invest in automation, robotics, and advanced CNC machine tools , we’re seeking an experienced CNC Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career while helping take a 75-year-old company into the future of precision manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines from blueprints
- Work with Engineering on setup streamlining and process improvements
- Perform dimensional inspections using standard, complex, and automated instruments
- Apply CAD / CAM programming skills for machining processes
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, cutting tools, holders, and tooling grades
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on shop equipment and automation cells
- Travel occasionally for training (expenses paid)
