Sign-On Bonus Structure (Up to $5,000) :

25% paid at 90 days of employment

25% paid at 6 months of employment

50% paid at 12 months of employment

Paid over your first year

Must maintain full-time status to be eligible

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Implementing and modifying individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and response

Measuring and documenting patients’ motor function, strength, and physical performance

Monitoring and adjusting treatments during sessions as necessary

Observing patient progress and compiling accurate progress reports

Collaborating with other therapy and nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care
