Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will utilize your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair a variety of industrial equipment. You will work with gears, pulleys, bearings, motors, conveyors, and more, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Work Environment

Work in a large, warehouse-type setting that is not temperature-controlled. Be prepared for a dusty and dirty atmosphere, dealing with shredded paper and pellets. The 2nd shift runs from 3 PM to 2 : 30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with flexible start and end times within an hour. Friday is dedicated to preventive maintenance and projects, requiring 5-6 hours of work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Byron Center, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr.
