Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who finds joy in helping older adults live fuller, more independent lives? Join our close-knit Symbria Rehab team at The Sheridan at Park Ridge, where your creativity, compassion, and clinical skills truly make a difference.

As a PRN COTA, you'll collaborate closely with our Occupational Therapist to design and deliver engaging, individualized treatment plans that help residents regain function, confidence, and independence. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team that values connection, creativity, and collaboration all while ensuring documentation and productivity goals are met with quality and care.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license in Illinois
• Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care is a plus (but not required we love developing new talent!)
