Vice President of Information Technology

Northwest Partners is looking for a Vice President of Information Technology who's passionate about building scalable technology systems that drive organizational performance. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across IT infrastructure, system integrations, and enterprise data initiatives.

What YOU will do

Manage core technology platforms, including case management, CRM, cloud systems, and contact center applications

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system uptime, performance, and cybersecurity

Support technology integrations following acquisitions and standardize system processes

Implement scalable infrastructure and automation to enable growth

Enhance business applications to streamline workflows and improve visibility

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize technology solutions for user experience and operational efficiency

Improve website functionality and client engagement systems

Support development of centralized data systems for reporting and analytics

Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security across business units

Enforce cybersecurity policies including identity management and encryption

Maintain compliance with data privacy and legal industry regulations

Manage IT policies, audits, and risk assessments

Lead IT staff across support, infrastructure, and systems teams

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless technology delivery

Promote a solution-focused and innovative IT culture

What YOU will bring us

7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in IT leadership

Expertise with business systems such as CRM platforms, cloud technologies, and contact center tools

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise data management

Proven success implementing automation and system integration strategies

Excellent communication skills and ability to align IT with business needs

Experience in compliance-heavy industries such as legal or healthcare preferred

Familiarity with AI tools, data engineering platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Fivetran), and digital engagement systems
