Agile Scrum Coach

As an Agile Scrum Coach, you will guide and mentor the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices and principles to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. You will play a key role in elevating team performance by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, utilizing effective coaching and development strategies.

Responsibilities include :

• Ensuring the Scrum framework is well understood and followed by the team, adhering to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
• Coaching the Scrum team towards self-organization, fostering cross-functional skills, and enhancing domain knowledge while promoting effective communication internally and externally.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Team and stakeholders to influence decision-making processes and support various organizational projects and teams.
• Resolving team impediments in conjunction with other Scrum Masters to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum application within the organization.
• Engaging with Agile coaches and fellow Scrum Masters for ongoing professional growth within the role.
• Contributing to the evolution and enhancement of Agile practices throughout the organization.
• Facilitating and supporting all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Leading Agile teams primarily focused on Business as Usual (BAU) tasks and, to a lesser extent, critical departmental initiatives and relevant corporate projects.
