Civil Clothing Inc. in Torrance is seeking a candidate with strong skill set in garment tech design. The ideal candidate should have experience in patternmaking and grading, garment construction, and sewing with clothing manufacturing background specifically in private label and full package. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time with or without notice. Duties including but not limited to :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create tech packs with illustrations, full specs, and garment construction from new development to production styles in many categories such as Men’s and Women’s streetwear, swim, activewear, kids, athleisure, and outerwear.
• Issue graded measurements and grading rules to the factory.
• Oversee all fit, PP, and TOP samples with ownership of TNA and WIP for tracking.
• Daily communications with offshore factories and internal cross functional members to ensure all sample deadlines and production deliveries are met.
• Evaluate and measure all incoming samples in a timely manner and send fit comments to the vendors.
• Build and maintain technical data library.
