Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Tricentis Tosca Automation Engineer to lead, design, and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca, test strategy creation, automation architecture, and continuous integration practices. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, scalability, and reliability across complex business systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
Lead test automation initiatives across multiple projects and guide junior automation engineers.
Integrate Tosca automation into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar).
Define automation strategy, test planning, and execution standards for functional and regression testing.
Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize test coverage and execution speed.
Analyze automation results, maintain reporting dashboards, and ensure test reliability.
Mentor team members in Tosca best practices, model-based testing, and automation scripting.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca automation.
Proven experience designing model-based test automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test data management, and defect management.
Proficiency integrating Tosca with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, or JIRA.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
