Title : R&D Documentation Coordinator

Location : Tucson, Arizona (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ month contract (Extendable)

Notes :

1 : -This is an on-site role in Tucson, Arizona — only local candidates within a 40-mile radius will be considered .

Job Description

  • Drive on-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project activities across cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and manage Design History Files (DHF)
  • Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and consultants for project execution
  • Manage workflows via EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
