3086041\nPosition : RN – House Supervisor\nFacility : Unity Hospital\nContract Type : Travel – 13 Weeks\n\nShift Details : \nWeekdays : Monday–Friday (4 PM–12 AM or 12 AM–8 AM)\nWeekends & Holidays : Flexibility required; may be scheduled for any portion of 8 AM–4 PM, 4 PM–12 AM, or 12 AM–8 AM\nWeekends : Every other weekend (EOW) required\nExperience & Requirements : \nExperience : Previous Charge or House Supervisor experience required\nCertifications : ACLS and BLS (Required)\nCharting System : Epic (Required)\nPending License : Not accepted\nLocals : Not accepted (must reside outside a 75-mile radius)\n\nRTO : No more than one week of RTO per contract\n\nUnit Overview : \nResponsible for leadership and oversight of 311+ beds across all hospital units, including : \nEmergency Department\nFamily Birthplace\nSurgical Services\n14 Medical-Surgical Units\n20-bed ICU\nICU Charge and providers serve as RRT and Code Team, supported by the House Supervisor.\nThe hospital utilizes a centralized staffing office with coordinators covering 80 hours per week.\nAdditional support from an off-shift nurse manager (4 PM–2 AM, 4 shifts per week).
