Responsibilities

Seeking additional BC / BE Ob / Gyn Hospitalists for our practice at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA.

• Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation / management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and ER coverage
• There will be two Ob / Gyn Hospitalists in-house daily.
• MFM performs rounds and inpatient consults with high-risk patients
• Practice attends about 60 deliveries per month
• 30-bed community Level-III NICU / newborns 23 weeks and above
• Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support
• 387-bed tertiary acute care facility and is the only Level I Trauma Center in Coachella Valley, serving more than 8,000 square miles of Southeastern California.
• Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students.

Base compensation is $249,600 - $350,400
