The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation. This includes case file management, document drafting, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and subpoenas

Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents

Draft and respond to discovery requests

Organize, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other evidence

Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case dockets

Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics

Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including creation of trial binders and exhibits

Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff

Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in case management software

Qualifications :

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

as a litigation paralegal, with a focus in

personal injury law

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate

Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in legal software and document management systems

Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
