The Opportunity We are currently seeking an Aviation Architecture Studio Lead to join our team in Denver, Colorado .

As part of the buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing leadership to a team of aviation-focused professionals with a shared focus of ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes. This position will oversee the delivery of multiple, high-profile design projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio; drive operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables; provide subject matter expertise throughout the project; create an engaging and empowering work environment; lead client relationship development and direct sales activities; consult with strategy leaders to develop and implement pursuit strategies and techniques to improve sales performance; administers go / no go process to improve win rate and increase sales; and ensure quality assurance.

To be successful in this role, you must :

Have a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from an accredited program and 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Have an active professional architectural license and be in good standing.

Have a passion for design and people and project management, and possess a thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs.

Have a solid knowledge of the aviation market and be capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.

Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.

The typical salary range for this position in Denver is $123,195 – $203,283, and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
