Marshfield Medical Center  is seeking a BC / BE Anesthesiologist to join an established Department of Anesthesia at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin . The ideal candidate will provide Anesthesia coverage including solo cases or working with CRNAs in a team care model. Shared in-house call with 14 Anesthesiologists. Performing a variety of cases including regional anesthesia, OB, ortho, vascular, outpatient, neurology, GI, cath lab, etc. A separate sub-specialty Anesthesiologist group will cover cardiac and complex pediatric cases. Trauma Level II.

Marshfield Medical Center - Rice Lake is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join an established Anesthesia practice in Rice Lake, Wisconsin . Medically directing CRNAs. MMC-Rice Lake is a fully integrated medical campus that provides comprehensive hospital, surgical, and medical office healthcare services and facilities designed to promote healing and comfort. Surgical services include robotic cases, non-trauma ortho cases, podiatry, urology, endoscopies, sedation for cardioversions and cataracts.

Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire is seeking a BC / BE Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice in Eau Claire, Wisconsin . The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cases are performed at MMC-EC and the attached surgical center.

Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is seeking a BC / BE Anesthesiologist to join the team in Wausau / Weston, Wisconsin . The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cardiac cases performed, including CVT.

Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua is seeking a BC / BE Anesthesiologist to join its team in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in Minocqua, Wisconsin . The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the anesthesia team in providing medical direction to CRNAs and self-performed services in a beautiful facility. Regional anesthesia cases working with Urology, ENT, Gynecology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and more. About 4,000 surgeries per year.

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
• In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details).

• Relocation support
