We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Engineering to lead multiple complex programs within our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This senior-level position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage timing, cost, and quality across global manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision stamping, interconnect products, and connector programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership :

Oversee multiple programs (7 total in 2025, including 3 major programs valued at $1M+).

Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Excel.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers for project milestones and deliverables.

Manage logistics across China, Mexico, and Germany for program components.
